SLAP memberships are currently processed manually while our membership system is being finalized.
Please complete the registration form below. Once submitted, payment may be completed by e-transfer or Square/card payment link.
Membership confirmation and digital membership cards will be issued once payment and any required membership or insurance details have been received and confirmed.
Flagship Athlete Membership Requirement
Flagship Athlete Membership is intended for athletes in good standing with Freestyle Canada. Proof of current Freestyle Canada membership is required before a Flagship Athlete Membership can be approved.
Accepted proof may include a Freestyle Canada membership card or a detailed SnowReg receipt showing the athlete’s current membership.
Please email proof of Freestyle Canada membership to info@snowlabap.com, including the athlete’s name in the subject line.

Membership Approval
Membership registration is not considered complete until the registration form, payment, and any required membership documentation have been received and confirmed.
For Flagship Athlete Memberships, proof of Freestyle Canada membership must be received before approval.
Digital membership cards will be issued once the membership has been approved.
